Pageant Contestant Agreement

If the winner does not comply with the conditions, restrictions, provisions or obligations, the Director of State or the International Regency Organization will result in disqualification, loss of title and resignation of the participant. Participants are rated from 1 to 10 in each area of the competition, with 10 being the highest score. In the event of a draw for the winner, the jurors will receive the names of the 3 best participants and ask to place them in the ranks of the winners, 1st and 2nd rows.
